"Order was right and on time"
I’m kind of tired of having to chase orders or double-check everything these days, so it was a relief that this one was simple. It showed up on time and I got exactly what I ordered.

One of my tools stopped working, so I reached out to Northern Tool about the warranty, it could not have been easier. They got the repair process started quickly, explained everything in a simple way, and didn’t make it a big ordeal. It took a little bit of time, sure, but they handled it fairly from start to finish. I’d 100% buy from them again without even thinking twice.

I ordered a few tools from Northern Tool the shipping was quicker than I figured it would be. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, and the box actually showed up right when it said it would, which feels kind of rare these days, doesn’t it?
Everything was packed well, nothing was missing, and the whole order was just easy from start to finish. It wasn’t some huge complicated purchase, but I feel like when a simple order goes this smoothly, that’s worth mentioning. I’d definitely order from them again.

"The parts were there, but the fit was a headache"
I did find the parts I needed, so there’s that, but the fit was way more confusing than it should’ve been. It wasn’t exactly right, and I ended up spending extra time trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong or if the part just didn’t line up properly. Frustrating.

"Good, sturdy tools overall"
I’ve ordered a few things from Northern Tool now, and the quality has been a little better than I expected. Everything feels heavy duty, and it’s held up well after plenty of use. Shipping was smooth too. One item had a small scuff out of the box, but nothing that affected how it worked, so I wasn’t too worried about it. Overall, I’d buy from them again.

"Decent selection, but a bit disappointing"
They do have a good range of tools and shop supplies, but I’ve been a little disappointed with how hit-or-miss some sections are. A few categories feel kind of random, and there are often sizes missing. Most of the time I can find something close to what I need, but not always the exact item I was actually looking for.

"Quick pickup and zero hassle"
I ordered a few things from northerntool.com for store pickup, it was easier than I expected. I figured I’d be waiting a while for the ready email, but it showed up fast, which was a nice surprise.
When I got to the store, the guy at the counter pulled up my order right away and even helped me load everything up. No standing around, no confusing steps, just in and out. I’d definitely use the pickup option again...
